Lipoprotein(a) level tendency (LPA) is a genetic trait Biome reports in its weight & metabolism panel: Lipoprotein(a) is a cholesterol particle whose level you are mostly born with. One LPA version is strongly linked to a higher level. Without that version this marker gives no result, because it reads only one small part of the LPA gene.
