What Biome does
Biome builds tools that bring fragmented health information into one place. The Biome app connects wearables, labs, medical records, and daily logs so people can inspect their history and trends with context. Biome also offers whole-genome sequencing with evidence-linked explanations of reported traits, genes, and DNA markers. The goal is not another isolated dashboard. It is a clearer record of the information a person already has and a practical way to understand how those sources relate.
How we explain genetics
Genetic findings are written as tendencies and predispositions, not diagnoses. Biome links reported findings to supporting evidence and distinguishes what a result can show from what it cannot establish. The public genetics glossary and testing catalog let customers inspect the traits, genes, DNA markers, and evidence context before ordering. Biome does not sell a person's genetic data.
